    im pretty sure a lot of people wont play a 70 caped server. we had so many private server with a lvl 70 cap, and EUKO is the only way to play an OFFICIAL server with all skills WORKING at 70 + when we had no chance in the past to do that (besides sexyko)

    i think 70 cap not good ideea
