Is it possible to ask from CS to clear the billing history?

i tried and they said that they were unable to do that at this time, they also wouldnt delete previous support tickets made. K2 is useless. they always will take the easiest way possible and that means only helping where they have too

and you canot change this code since this is not available on the cs services
and when you say ko useless support you say this only because you want to buy accounts and share ... etc
if you took 10 mins to read the rules of ko
you will find that sharing accounts and selling accounts is illegal so that they dont change informations to ppl which arenot real owners
and now new owners say that they are real owners so that k2 didnot change except with full informations to the account and in the letter from the producer....they said they are going to make a system with high security to the information change and more info needed to be sure the real owner is the one who is sending the ticket
and at last ,,,, ko is good game but u see it has bad support cuz you do againist rules

how you deleted your old tickets ?
and he was talking on old purchases not old tickets but i want to know how to remove old tickets too cuz i sent ticket before asking for this and they refused

idk i guess mine were too old and got deleted xD
