The best chars to play are the priest and the mage. I dont play at Europa, but i dont think u will have any chance to do anything w/o babashop. If u have low budget then go to play with mage or priest.

It will be tough to pk without paying a little money in europa. I'd say priest is the cheapest class, if you're able to get gab's blessing +7 and krowaz +6 and some old uniques you'll be able to do alright, you will be out classe by a lot of other priests but can still have some fun.

for about 60gb u can gear well for +80 too

Well in a venn diagram I would be placed under the categories "Really Bored" and "Don't have money to blow on a game"... But yeah, is it possible? and if so, what's the best server for this?

The way i see it is you either have to dedicate time or money, you can get some good cash if you go to all the events, jr, ft etc. but it will take you a while before you'll be pk ready. I'm not sure what the best server for playing cheap but europa is really active so a pretty fun server atm.
