    They are also selling Character Seal Scroll...

    There is probably an way to buy name change scrolls without paying knight cash for it. Atleast that bug was here before. They maybe found out how to do it again, but I dont see how they can do it with character seal scrolls because the only way to buy them is through an ESN-code, wich you buy through playspan / shattered crystal.

    A guy selling those items in the buying merchant.

    someone told me that yesterday at night , ppl could buy pus items without having any cash , so they re selling like crazy cuz they re scare of being rolled back .
