Yep you have to verify EVERY credit card you use before you can buy through cc.[/b]
I had problems adding a second CC to C&B the other day.. I just called them up and answered a couple questions and had it added and made primary and ready to use in 30 seconds..
html 404 error doesnt seems liek problem of unconfirmed CC ... also cant buy premium its just dont work
