I've always been able to sell PUS items after 24hrs. I am lvl 60+.

it's to stop people making new noob chairs to sell duped items.
see it went like this you make noob chair sell duped stuff one day get banned so next day make new chair..now you cant do that..
but there is also no real market for pus at the moment the prices are to low you can get scrolls for 20 mill speed pots 18 mill better wait for market to pick up
and you still need to wait 48hrs to send or sell

I dont think u can even send pus scrolls if ur 60- with letter system...

how can you unseal stuff from your friend? you cant trade, sell or delete sealed stuff..
and your scrolls are sealed because you're -60, you have to be 60 to trade, sell your scrolls... the seal will go away on your pus items when you're +60
