I was banned for 30 days IN GAME for calling the GM a "moron for never signing on during bi-frost gate siege" on the OFFICIAL FORUMS. The GM gave me a 33 % warning on the forum which read "Harassment". I am assuming this is why I was banned since I have not been to any War, FT temple, BDW, CSW or ED for the last 2 months. The "30 day ban" should be used in order to ban bug abusers. Now the GMs are using it to take revenge on players for what they write on the official forum.
Maybe you getting banned was a good thing.

Read the terms and condition when you sign up. It clearly states any abuse on their forums can lead to your game account being suspended.
It has always been like that and is why ranking started and ultimatly us. GM's can do what ever they want when you start bitching on the officals. Would have thought this was common knowledge tbh.
