PROBLEM after the patch(2)

i deleted and compelty removed norton, and isntalled avast! as a replacement.

so far, i have tried all this
- Change Norton Antivirus and erase everything that had to do with it.
- Reinstall Ko
- Download the patchs again
- Install new antivirus again
- Change graphic card settings
- open my fuking window and let the freezing air get in just to make sure my CPU was not over heating(i almost fuking freeze myself.... -20 degress here in canada or even colder <_< )

and no shit, nothing works....
anybody can let me know what other things they did to try to fix this problem?
