Problem with charging Knight Case

So me and a fried on mine were trying to buy premiums + kc so my friend bought with the CC on his acc and all went fine.
then we switched to my account bought premium and it was ok, then when we tried buying KC it says: "you cant buy cause u alredy bought in the limit of 2 pursches a day or 5 a month" so we waited 3 days and i still get that message. also i'm sure we havent done 5 shippins on this CC cause we made a virtual CC only for this...
