that thing in the bottom right hand corner pops up whenever i press Caps Lock or Num Lock and it lags up games i'm playing at the time. It only started a day ago, and as far as i'm concerned i havent changed any settings.

I don't have togglekeys activated or anything, and i cant figure out how to get the bugger to f' off. If i create a new user account, it doesnt come up on that, so it must be some sort of User setting.

I am playing on a PC btw not a laptop

would be grateful of any help (btw the highlighted file is a joke )

    i want your background!

Anyways, I'm not on a winxp computer right now at work.. But it's somewhere in your settings in control panel... have you looked around? and messed with some settings? (after you got that little pop-up) ?

Also, what keyboard do you have? did you install the keyboard drivers?

    Try this

Control Panel > Accessbility options > general (i think) > untick the option "show display message when options turned on"

or something like that. I can't see what it says so dunno what to suggest yet

Open up the control panels and select accessibility options. Then switch off the toggle keys feature.
    ---------
it could also be a part of your settings on your keyboard if you use a wireless keyboard .
