Problems with hotmail?

Hey,3days ago i tryed to log into the website to change my password.Then it came upp a side and i had to select 3 differents secret andswer,and write in the key that i get to my email.I klicked Lost Key and then a window came up and said,the key has been emailed to your email .....,but when i logged into my email for take my key it wasnt there,no new email,so wtf is going on.I have for waiting 3days and no new mail arrived:SAny one can help?It would be nice
