PUS items issue

I have a 48 rouge wiht some speed pots and a tear of blah blah on it and cant seem to trade it to another char that is lvl 32 says the 48hour deal but have had the items for months? any ideas?

i believe you need to be lvl 54+ to be able to trade PUS items
