1. Only K2 knows...
2. U have to search for it, if its not there then they removed it because they didnt make any profit of it and got angry.
3. its because it had a pentagramm on it and k2 removed it but its still with a pentagramm look ingame xD

Well no one really cared untill some ares clan got disbanded for having ApostlesOfEvil or something like that and complained at k2 for having the pentagram on 2000 hp scrolls.
