i'm from euko europe server so not sure if it's same on your usko server. I hear the recharging of Npoints or kc in your case is still down. However i hear one guy say he recharged with a paysafe card. I can not confirm this cause i did not try myselfe.

You have to buy the KC from website, it works for EUKO so im 99% sure it works for USKO as well...

Dont try to buy KC direct from PUS, it will fail or you wont recive it. But working normal on web, did that yesterday.

with new accounts you can spend only 20$$ at first month and after that maximum is 200$$
