    Default PWE Customer Support !!!

    hey guys
    iam currently playing a game called Jade Dynasty from Perfect World Entertainment company
    i got an issue with the game
    i just sent them a ticket
    and the strange part is .........
    i got a reply to my E-mail in 1 Minute
    and my issue is fixed after 2 Minutes and they replied to E-mail again after the issue fixing
    OMG KO takes 7-10 days to respond to a ticket :S
    why dont they take other games as a guide to them ?

    maybe cuz one company cares about their customers and the other one doesnt???? there is like 50 topics on this stuff already

    they cant fix any ingame issue as it has to get sent half way across the world to a bunch of guys who dont really care about usko sadly so well theres the problem ah well suxs
