Help .... billing problems

Don't know if this is the rght section but ... anyway.
Thing is I got my account blocked due to payment issues. I bought premium through click & buy and they didn't make the payment because they didn't receive my money they say..... and account blocked.
I contacted KO CS and they told me to work it put with click & buy. This means I have to pay them 27 euro, but problem is the tax to make the pay is 40. Anyone else who had the same problem.....did KO unblock the account after u made the payment?...or any other sugestions would be much apreciated.

I would man...trust me. I worked on that account since old KO, but will they unblock it? or they'll just take the money and leave it blocked? This is what I'm asking....will they unblock it?

after some time..can't get it right away..Need to pass some time ..they need to check it first and then they will unblock you'r account..

just pay up and u'll get unblocked
