Hello guys , since 2008 i havent played official ko , only at privates.
Ive noticed now u have to play through steam account ?
Also , i wonder if there are still many users in the new servers or even in the old ones ( i played Ares in the past years ) ?

Also , there is still fun playing at all ? Or too many babashopers and kickass upgrades like +10 raptors and such , ruined the game ?

Not "have to" but "can". They have two clients now - one is running on Steam (STKO) and second one that one you know - USKO.
KO was always pay to win and it won't change. On STKO everything is slower, so as far as I know there is only one Raptor +10 on Pathos and Rogue chitin gauntlets +21 at Cypher (probably some more, but don't know about them now). It's no so critical as at USKO servers - especially those old as Ares.

At STKO, Cypher is relative active - sometimes, you have lack of enemies in CZ but in last days it's not so bad I would say. At least in my play time. Pathos and Hellsgarem are empty and in my opinion it does not worth to play there. About situation at USKO, someone else has to answer, since I didn't play for years, after I have been hacked in K2 times.
