believe me I have tried. I can't even log onto website. I get that suspended account message due to inactivity bs. I enter in my info to unsuspend my account and nothing happens. sent a CS ticket.. nothing. so I can't even get to the sms text verify option.. anyways ill let u know if I ever get unblocked....
