    I sent them a ticket if I could get some premium days back due the log in problems that were caused by Xtrap. I also told them if I won't get them back,I will never buy Premium again.

    i kinda disagree

    They gave me that message RIGHT before they changed my password :P

    After i got that message from them 2 hours went, my pass was changed :S

    And it worked just fine
