Question about Cypher ring

So say I buy a character seal scroll on a buddies account and ring a character. Am i able to trade that ring instantly or do i have to wait the 7 days like the buff scrolls. Thanks

If you buy Ring on the account u want to use it, after that you can trade it straight away. But the character must be ringed.

Yes, you'll be able to trade the cypher ring right after sealing a character into it.

Tested multiple times, that's how it worked for me.
I'm pretty sure you can find a CR in one of the merchants at moradon, just hover your mouse over it and you'll see that there's no restriction as PUS items does.

We're talking here about cypher ring right? not character seal scroll.

Yes it does but it's two different items after all.

Character Seal Scroll can be traded only after 3(USKO) or 7days(SteamKO) but if you use it for obtaining a Cypher ring with your character in it, you should be able to trade that Cypher Ring right away.
