To seal you need fold prem but it has been know that a country that has 3% of it self in Europe found a way of bugging it so they can unseal with out the SQ or when there is no gold prem on the account.

I sealed some stuff about two hours ago, worked fine for me.

While sealing/unsealing it may appear as if you duped the item ( it wont show it being sealed/unsealed but when you move it there will be 2 copies and one of them will be darkened. Just relog and it fix the problem and you'll be back to 1 item
