    What are the chances of getting a response from a support ticket if your account has no prem?
    I have a character I need to cypher ring... Needs magic bag //nation transfer receipt deleted. Thing is no prem....
    And I heard they stop doing deletion of magic bags//by symbols because of the unsealing of krowaz and old uniques

    Has anyone ever had an instance where gamersfirst support actually did something for you w/o being prem?

    If not then I guess I'll purchase bronze prem ...
