in a public party, how often do you 'allow' annoying party members to die? either by withholding heals or buffs.

Depends if there anoying and in my clan keep em alive annoying random let them burn

an annoying clannie I can deal with,

but a random, just dont heal, unless there a position of power in the party, in which case you may just have to put up with them too

Depends on the type of party and what is called for: I'm a healer priest and a lot of times we are doing high level mobs so I have a tendency to use my complete heals.....If its a pk party and the noob gets out of the range of my heals...well, thats his fault. Kind of the same with xp parties...if the majority of the party is in one spot taking out a mob and the noob runs and starts another one..I'm not gonna go run after that one person just to keep them healed with the majority is somewhere else.
