Questions about UTC

does anyone see any the flame staff of utc ?

and how will i find all those materials for the create a new UTC weapons ?

i dunno, you can read the utc page on eNTiTyGame-Free to Play Action, MMO, RPG, Online Games, Knight online, Valiant, EUKO, Europe Knight, Europe KnightOnline, Europe kol, Europe ko, Ko, Kol, Knight, Kinayt, Knight oyun, mmo knight, mmorpg knight, knight online, knightonline, pvp, pvp mm, apparently you need 3 pieces of items to get, and turn them in to a npc for a new item drawing...

i think they dont allow u to make it manufactured, you just kinda give in 3 pieces of items needed, and run it like a slot machine.

actually you can find UTC items in drops ^^ well i have moonlight (the selfie jamadar).I was in UTC so we were killing mobs and i opened my invetory well i saw the utc item in my invetory and screamed XD
