Just a noob question here. Can i CR an character if that account has never done a transaction( neither C&B nor ESN) before. What question will it prompt to verify i'm the first owner if there aint any transactions? Thanks

If you buy it with knight cash, then you need to have 2 history transactions atleast, I bought 3 x esn codes, had to wait a week when I could finaly buy it. The account didnt had any transactions either.
It says what you need to do in the instructions in a pinned topic, not hard to read lol
