Well not all are fixed but yesterday we were able to exchange all quest on low lvl chars in bellua / raon / linate
(Orc side incase it's not already clear) xD
Edit: In luferson town there was 1 guy that we couldn't exchange quest at. Forgot his name and can't see it cause login servers aint working
