i wanna to know if i bought character resentely put in a ring

can i ring it after 3 weeks

or i have to wait 3 month i

no u dont need prem for anything
and u can seal the char if the account u put it on is 3 months old + u got esn verification for it

after u unseal a cypher ring.. you have to wait 3 months to cypher that character again...

Where did you get that from? As long as you have the CSS you could turn around and re-ring the character immediately
