k2's tos requires they provide u a resolution within 3 days if it takes more u should submit a bbb ticket there only comping u cuz they know how much dick they suck and it would also look good if someone grew balls and submitted a bbb ticket

i putted a new platinum premium on my new account, and it got bugged and couldnt log in for 2 weeks.
Sended cs a ticket saying i wanted a compensation/refund. when my char was debugged, i got all my days refunded
