    Thats the same response a CS rep gave Poka when his account was hacked and the hacker sent in a ticket to change the info and ask for a rollback on his "USD paid items". Just another copy/paste from one of the Diez csreps....

    u go on paying money to k2.thats one of the reason i dont pay them much money.
    i just buy premium when i exp everyday.i dont pay for pk .
    k2 customer services SUX.

    Try commenting by helping , not talking trash about paying prem, evryone has a fucking comment but few actually post to help, Im sure he doesnt want to hear you tell him about prem bro . Heres my HELP , your next TT needs to contain the words ( I WILL START REFUNDING ALL PREM CHARGES ) if you cannot help me other than a automated response that apparently does not pertain to my issue . Worked for me, got EVERYTHING back from K2 even 2 accounts as well .

    well, phantom said that this message is the automatic response of K2`s Costumer Support, since Poka received the same message from totally different type of loss.

    But at least they are aware of the problem since this is ingame :



    but still, some say that chitin shields wont be returned so the doubt is always there.

    devilscommandments told me something about chitin shields being deleted
    but i didnt feel like installing patch cuz i was on dota, so i didnt know if i still had my cs
    today i check forum and saw post about gm restoring cs
    so i install rofd and i still hav it
    i dunno if it was always there
    or it was deleted and gm restore it

    im very lost

    your worried about poxy items what about god knows amount of people still awaiting the exp back after the fuk up when everyone delvled.

    im told i will be emailed on how to retrieve lost exp still WAITING as i know others are.


    8 months and still after 378 mill exp off the bastards
