    9 days into current prem and no answer to my CS ticket for my trina...

    still waiting 1 trina too get restored... i bought premium 2 days ago i did get my trina with that one but with my premmy before i didnt receive anything ....

    it took like 30 hr to get mine back when i didnt recieve it i sent 2 CS tickets :P

    I bought gold 3 days ago and have not received a Trina.

    Submitted 2 CS tickets and received answers similar to above, but no Trina still.

    I am currently disputing my purchase per MC/Visa regulations.

    I got my trina about 6 days after purchashing my prem...sad thing is they roll backed my inventory and my inn hostess and 2 WEs, 1 RE, my DD helm got wiped, GG.
