Personally I think his first post was the best because it's true. Nothing Loyt did was technically a scam, hack, or illegal in anyway, not even by extreme moralists, however Devile said it was definitely a low blow and lacked etiquette, which Loyt himself even admitted on repeat occassions. I don't see what more there was to argue in that topic. Was a mean "Scam"-like act, low by any standards, but not illegal or a scam like Charlie.
