i sent them a ticket the day after i got hacked. then sent the reply about all my infos so they didnt block the account. thats the only ticket i sent. witch was back in august . i also sent that lame ass dood on officials my info so he could look into it as he requested way back then. thats all i did pretty much gave up on it all. now i have my shets but the day i get my shet back my brother got hacked... so how long will i keep mine? i dont know how to upload a image...

I wonder that in witch order they are doing the restorations. Is it the day player gets hacked? Is it the day player sends ticket? Is it the day they want to do it?
I got hacked in July and its long way from now so no wonder why they are so bad hosting company, becouse it takes atleast 6 months to do something about mistakes they have done.

PS: If someone posts SS about restoration then pls add some where you can actualy see that item in letter/s or in inventory.
