Restorations coming in?

I don't think they've fixed the ticket system yet. I tried to send one a few weeks ago but nada... Also the ticket I've sent 6months ago has never been answered. I just logged in and found some random magic hammers in my mail ,that's all.

lol ... I ain't surprise they didn't fix the ticket support .(I hope I'll never need it ;P)

Now once they tell us something that would be good news, but then there is those things that makes the whole "announcement" kinda worthless, pointless and makes you wonder what they mean. I still havent figured that what they ment by "future restorations" in this announcement, becouse for me its mystery. So did they do this thing wrong too?

Here some things they should say with this restoration to players who got hacked:
"We will inform players via email when we have investigated the account, date, time, what happend, where items did go and we will also tell the day when you (player) will get hes items back. We will also inform players if we find evidence of illegal actions like sharing, selling items for real money and other things what are against EULA and that we wont be restoring the items"

And maby i could think more things what they should say, but mostly those things so we would be informed about the whole restoration thing and not left in the dark and then some players might lose their items when date expires in mail and your items just disapear, becouse you just didn't know that those items where actualy restored etc.

REstores only happen if you found out you got hacked within seven days.
if you found out like after a month of not playing you got hacked 3 weeks ago you are screwed
and without an official forum you cant pose any questions to them or give them the finger for allowing such large scale security breech

Got hacked in summer, then CS said "we don't make restorations".
Now i added a comment to that old ticket and few days later, "Ticket System is not enabled for this account."

let me get this right:
1. almost everyone with high items got hacked
2. now they are restoring items with lower grades?

looks like they are doing something about illegal items after all.

I've told the Turkish people about the same..
NTT always denied the database leak, and they told us before publishing USKO that the edit items would not be deleted. So they've now deleted it (making it look like it is hacked), and now they are giving low items back. (NO MONEY, NO PUS ITEMS, NO QUEST ITEMS)

This is simply robbing ur own customers.. I'm sure they're doing this.

With deleting (hacking) the edit items that K2 maked, they will bring the game back for few years (before massive edit items came from k2 while in quard), and after few years, they will sell +10 items... Mark mine words..

So People bought Edit items from k2 (so they lost their money)
People maked +3 items and +9 with legal hard workingsways (so they lost their money)
People got hacked (so they lost money)
People are happy for restorations but its very limited (no money etc) so they just get back the handfull worthless items (+2 uniqs, +8 weapons)

So who is getting raped from behind? The KO players.. Have fun..

Sorry but, an good country with good laws should forbid this game.. (Turkey might forbid it very soon, becuz this restoration policy will not work)
- People getting hacked becuz of database leak they lost thousands of dollars, and now getting sh1tty stuff back. This isjust to shut the mouths of people critisizing it, and they've seen the enormous population getting suffered..

It's an evil process, sell +10 items, then make it look like that they got hacked, then sell +10 items again over and over again...!!

Actually until we have a proof of someone getting a real restoration, everything is a speculation.. getting some random genie spirits or some random magic hammers isn't any real help
