Does anyone is able to send a ticket nowadays? I'm trying to do it for 5 days now and I get a message that it's not avaliable now:
"We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
The Ticket Submission page will be available as soon as we complete processing back-logged tickets.
Thank you for your patience."
I was hacked on 6 January and after few (maybe 4) days I tried to send the ticket to get my stuff back but I get this annoying message everytime everyday.
SO now I wonder if I can count on NTT about restoration and the fault is not on my side, cause I'm not even able to write to them.
