Reversed items stats

Im seeking after a site where i can find what are the stats of some items after we reverse it.
Especially for shards cuz i wanna know at what +, a reversed shard has more ap then a +8 md. (It might be at +3/+4, it would be cool if i had the stats).

How do u guys upgrade a reversed item? BUS? isn't the percentage to +2 the same in a normal item going from +7 to +8?

Just the thought of fucking around with +8 shells and Shards making me sweat. You would have to be fucking mental to do it

I noticed in beta for revrsed item that it harder to make +6 reverse from +5 then +7 from +6, +8 from +7 etc etc
