Go to the machine by the chaotic generator and it tells you the recipe for each weapon. Then collect those pieces by farming fossils in cz (or get them in Jurad if you have a retarded party that loots them), and get the other pieces by killing the cz weapon/item quest bosses and the mobs around them, and finally, get certain pieces in the CZ Quest for Krokow (check the npc's in CZ).
