it cant be 5% cuz the burns that happen are pretty rare, it is 99 or 98% or smth like that.

No, when the rebirthing system was released, everyone knew that rebirthing from +9 regular to rebirthed is 100% chance. The rebirth strengthen scrolls are obviously not. Can't believe a topic like this even exists, new generation I guess.

ya well 1 u cant reverse defense armor.... and 2 reversing an item like +8 to +5 rb is 100% never failed once... + dont reverse items there "worth" more people think

If by defense armor you mean those with club def etc, yes you can reverse them. Meinkampf (spelling?) had +18 or +19 rebirth dd helmet.
Of course you can't rebirth items that are yellow.
Geez what's up with the new players. I quit KO almost 2 years ago and I still know more about the game than most of the new players nowadays.
