im pretty sure reversing a +7 item back to +1 is 100% cause i read it in the knight online webiste...if i remember correctly....

It is supposed to be 100%, but it wouldn't be completely true just because it is on website imo. :P

i have seen freak accidents happen on an anvil at 100% it would still breaks an item everry now and then.

me and my clan leader both managed to burn from +1 to +2 and nobody would have belived it if it would have happened to 1 only.
