Id choose Legionnaire over Rol

20 ac loss, but 20 lr gained aswell as same hp but other vital resists

rol can be used for anyone even warriors or mages, it has good health and ac, its good enough for warrior even if you lose the 7 str points if you dont use roc you gain muchh more and same thing for mage it helps them out too, like chemical said, no unqie is designed for a certain class anyone can use anything

Priest with ROF? that's the dumbest move ever, its like having a BP priest.
ROL is best for preist, LR > All.

ROF give flame resist? what's the priest going to do if he keeps getting stunned every second?.. yes nothing.

then it all depends on what server your playing... some servers are filled with ice mages and like 1 light mage.. so when thats the case rol aint better...

No i used a rol +0 and a Rom +1, the rol gave me 233ish hp the Rom +1 gave me around 190ish

Rol is Good for rogue but its best for intel priests, BP either Roc +1-2 >rol. BP's need as mch defense as they can get

Lol, that only applies to a warrior, and that I'm not even sure about. All other classes a ROL would be a lot better.

rol is the best ring mages could get before rofd and i still prefer a rol+3 over a imir+3 if u ask mee

it's so much nicer for a BP to have multiple rings.

ROL is great for xping/1v1s/general pking, but the resists on it being only LR/CR means a BP low in other resists will have to find ways to compensate.

ROF is great for xping/1v1s except against lightning mages, high level archers, and any mob that uses lightning attacks. i've also noticed that without curse resist, it's a lot easier to be slowed/stopped by warriors.

Legionnaire Band is good for anyone in just about any situation, even though it has 30 def instead of 50 def like the ROL/ROF. the common set of resists still make this ring look very sexy.

Hero's Valor is only good for a BP fighting against players/mobs that use elemental attacks, and it's not wise to use for anything else due to it's painfully low def. for other classes, it's useable but most might ignore it.

ROC is among other rings i never really cared for, but some people swear by them.
