i mean whats the point of disabling paypal from everywhere except usa, k2 gets less money, coz paypal was way easier to use than c&b lol... basically i hope they do either

a) enable paypal again in here or
B) enable scroll trade or
c) make a scroll seller, that u can buy the buff scrolls from npc, and then k2 should start selling igc
