Scrolls - Hmm?

Forgive me if i'm incorrect but didnt someone say that PUS Scrolls will be tradeable when Ice Age aka RoFD comes out? I havent downloaded the expansion yet because Shurt already told me they are not tradeable still. Because if they are still not avaliable for trades then there is no point in me downloading 400mb for it because K2 is not getting my money when they give no support.

Can anyone confirm this?

I've givin them a chance, 3 - 4 months is long enough to be "Temporary" as they said it would be.
