Seal Code "Secret Answer" not working on site?

i tried creating a seal code on the site, but when i enter my secret answer. it says "ERROR: Your answer to the security question was incorrect. Please try again."
i've tried it on 2 prem accts and failed. can you guys try help me see if ur getting the same problem? if it works for yous then it's probably my net browser settings. if not thani ts the site.
