    Well if he is only one who has acess to account he needs to make customer support inquery (problem wont be done unless u have premium)

    In ur inquery request a new secret pass!
    They will reply with wat u need to have in order to get a new one!
    Then in ur next inquery fill out wat they told u supply!
    Give them the info and pray it gets done right !
