hey every1, im wanting to change the pw on one of my several accountz, i know my SQ but it wont take it........has anyone else had this problem, do CAPS make a diff., suggestions any1?

ive tried caps on and off for both, but havent tried combo like caps on for one and off for the other....its really starting to frustrate me......lol

if you have capital letters in your password, you can't log into the site

if you have capital letters in your secret answer, you can't change anything that requires secret question

Just send message to CS, they will change it for u if u can prove that u are the real owner by showing premium purchases etc.
Worked just fine for me, tho it took them 30 days but hey, they fixed it xD
