I have a raptor +8, and a giga 2h +7. Im constantly switching them. Id keep both if at all possible.

But I like my raptor more for some reason. :roll:

giga is really good cause axe defence is not that popular now because of the sudden increase of rapt +8 :P

The Giga is less common and harder to obtain than the raptor, so if you are able to get your hands on one then go ahead and get it. You will have a much easier time farming raptors and can easily make a +7/70 to switch between while trying for an +8/80. That way you have both weapons eventually, and variety is key.

If you can only get one, go for the gig, its all around better then raptor, even if raptor might hit harder.

ive never played warrior but just wanted to throw this in the air: doesnt gig kinda suck for tanking bosses?

like i said never played warrior so i have no clue but guessing by the lower ap it gives you and seeing as how bosses have no spear def, it seems to make sense to me
