Don't login last minute for ED like 12234234512341354 others do and you are good.

I relogged a couple times 30 minutes before ED, no queue

It's a quick way to make money but then they end up pissing off the people and they end up quitting sooner or later. But then I guess that is the nature of a lot of KO players nowadays, play get to the top then quit and move to the next server This is the main reason I'm just sticking to the best usko equivalent private server where the staff and GMs actually listen to the players playing there.

funny how everyone is blaming the company while the whole game is broken, and hacky. The problem is far deeper than just the management team it always has been, and I highly doubt it ever change.
