C-west has the most english speaking players
Carnac-West without a doubt. No other server speaks English as much as that.

I am playing c-west and the majority of person speak in english so its the best for that
Cwest definetly has the most english people for sure. Turks arent alloud on cwest. So all the other server are overflowing with turks
