It's not just down to remove halloween events and each third server, the third servers have been taken down like 4 hours ago, since all the other servers are showing online. And I don't think getting rid of the Halloween events would take this long.

+ it was announced the new server would go up shortly after the Halloween events(which were supposed to be disabled the 8th?) I voted yes because I think they're going up. No i'm not going to the new server (for a change).
