mabye for me? mabye for K2 buddy. normal people go to work at 6-8am and leave at 4-7pm so why restart the servers at 8-11PM?

Actually, they are being pretty traditional about it, the usual time for server maintainence is the end of the shift, which is 5:00PM local time.

Maintainance = pull the plug for 6+ hours, then after all the bosses have been killed restart the servers again few times.
