Serious problem in KO

Since the new patch (1507 I think) all the Israeli's and some more people are having serious problems with KO.
The problems are that when we're trying to log in there are a few problems that can appear:
1) We get error 10060.
2) We dont get that error but it stucks at loading character data 99%.
3) We pass the character data 99% but we are having hugggeeeeee laggs and getting dced after 2 mins MAX.
We're all sure its k2's problem. Its already 12 days or something like that (since new patch) and we're still unable to play.
I reported to K2 and they said they are working on it but so far they did nothing .
We really need help .

well since the new patch im not getting d/c&#39;d or any loadin problems, but i did noticed that massive lag i never had befor..
